Managers and Supervisors will learn strategies involving due diligence and compliance, Health & Safety and the Law (Bill C45) Investigation and inspection techniques and procedures as well as preparing incident reports. This course is very beneficial for Supervisors and Managers who are required to comply with training requirements in regards to a Workwell audit.

  • Criminal negligence and the duty to protect "any person"

  • Reprisals, Enforcement, and Penalties
  • Hazard Identification/Risk Assessment
  • Inspections vs a GREAT inspection
  • Incident Investigation (Timelines and Incident Costs)
  • Corporate Procedures (Spill Response, Waste Handling)
