In this session we will go through setting up a mock audit and going through the steps to complete an investigation from gathering data to preparing the report. Learn how to effectively investigate an incident, as well as pro-actively identify potential hazards at your company to prevent an incident from happening. Gain valuable tips on taking an anticipatory approach to improving your company's health and safety performance.
