Victoria Mummery

BIOGRAPHY: VICTORIA MUMMERY, RegN, MSc, BScN, RRP, MCRP

Victoria Mummery is the Medical Consultant at Clear Path Employer Services, a Cambridge based HR consulting firm. Victoria joined the Clear Path team in 2010.

Victoria is a Registered Nurse with a Masters degree in Pharmacology/Toxicology from the University of Guelph. Prior to receiving her Master's Victoria completed her Bachelor of Science (BScN) at the University of Western Ontario. She is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), and recently achieved the Masters Certified Rehab Professional (MCRP) designation.

Victoria is also a Certified PGAP (Progressive Goal Attainment Program) Provider. PGAP is an Evidence-Based Treatment Program for Reducing Disability Associated with Pain, Depression, Cancer and other Chronic Health Conditions.

Victoria has a combined 35 years of practice working as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist and Registered Nurse in Ontario. Her experience includes occupational health nursing and safety consulting, as well as teaching at the community college level in the London, Collingwood and Guelph areas. She began working in vocational rehabilitation in 2003 providing case management for Ontario WSIB Labour Market Re-entry. In 2006, she began providing health management/vocational rehabilitation services for persons on STD and LTD.

As a part of Clear Path's team, Victoria supports our clients with their STD and WSIB claims management as an objective 3^rd party medical resource, specifically:

• Providing one-on-one support for workers off work or participating in modified work
• Early and appropriate intervention in the Return to Work (RTW) process
• Ensuring referral to appropriate medical specialists (Counsellors, Therapists, and Specialists etc.)
• Promoting safe and sustainable RTW
• Ensuring medical evidence supports RTW process

Victoria's holistic approach to managing workplace injuries and disabilities with a combination of nursing, health & safety and rehab experience allows her to provide unique and specialized insights to STD and WSIB claims to our clients.
