Jennifer is an HR Consultant and Claims Manager at Clear Path Employer Services, a Cambridge based HR Consulting firm. She joined the Clear Path team in 2011
Jennifer is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She obtained her Human Resources Management Diploma from Conestoga College, and has an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with Business Administration Minor from Wilfred Laurier University.
Jennifer has her Certificate in Human Resources Management (HRPAO) and is an active member of the Grand Valley HRPA Chapter, regularly attending Health & Safety Peer Networking sessions. Jennifer also volunteers as a member of the Fiddlesticks Community Centre HR Committee. She is an HR resource for the board, assisting them in developing new and reviewing existing policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance.
Jennifer has over 13 years experience working as a Human Resources Professional and she has worked as a Human Resources Manager at a large manufacturing firm in Guelph ON, and Human Resources Coordinator at a printing company in Kitchener ON. She also spent some time as a Recruitment Specialist for a large staffing agency.
As a part of the Clear Path team, Jennifer supports customers to meet their business objectives, including:
Acquiring SIEF Cost Relief and writing Objections for complicated WSIB Claims
Implementing Return to Work plans for injured workers
Developing Employe Policy Manuals/Handbooks (Recent projects in Construction, Transportation and Recreational Sport Industries)
Providing "on demand" HR advice for a number of employee related situations, and legislative compliance
Jennifer has an extensive policy writing background, with a speciality in Health & Safety policies. Jennifer is very organized with a detail oriented approach and is recognized for her excellent research and writing skills when communicating with the WSIB.
