BIOGRAPHY: JANET SCHMITZ

Janet Schmitz Janet Schmitz is the Senior Office Administrator and STD Claims Adjudicator at Clear Path Employer Services, a full service HR consulting firm based in Cambridge, Ontario. She has been part of the Clear Path team since 2009.

Although Janet's role at Clear Path is largely behind-the-scenes, she is "the glue" that keeps everything working as it should. Her duties include adjudicating Short-Term Disability (STD) claims, coordinating our financial records, maintaining Clear Path's intranet Web Office system, customer billing, and managing the overall office.

Janet's extraordinary organizational skills are a valuable asset to Clear Path. She has also worked in-house with some of our customers in order to help them get their HR and claims management needs in order.

Prior to joining Clear Path, Janet worked in a variety of administrative and claims management related positions within the trucking industry and at a private career college.

Janet enjoys golfing and shopping, is an avid supporter of the Cambridge Roadrunners (girls' hockey), and a lifetime resident of Hespeler.
