BIOGRAPHY: DENISE WILLIAMS, CRSP

Denise Williams, Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), is a Health & Safety Specialist and Employee Trainer at Clear Path Employer Services, a full service HR consulting firm based in Cambridge, Ontario. She joined Clear Path in 2011.

Denise has nearly 10 years of Health & Safety experience across a broad spectrum of industries (manufacturing, health, nuclear, telecommunications, service and agricultural). Her industry knowledge includes OHSA (U.S. and Canada), WSIA, CSA Standards, and NIOSH Compliance.

At Clear Path, Denise assists customers by sharing her particular expertise in:

• Helping companies pass a WSIB Workwell Health & Safety Audit,
• Developing Health & Safety policies,
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and
• Training employees and supervisors on Health & Safety topics.

Denise acquired her designation as Canadian Registered Safety Professional in 2010. She also holds a Diploma of Occupational Health & Safety from Conestoga College and has completed a Disability Management course from Ryerson University. Denise is currently working toward her designation as a Certified Speaking Professional.

Prior to joining Clear Path, Denise held a number of Health & Safety related positions. She served as a Consultant at a provincial Health & Safety Association for several years and as Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at a large manufacturing company in the K/W region.
