David Guerin

BIOGRAPHY: DAVID GUERIN, B.A. (HONS)

David Guerin is co-owner and V.P. Marketing & Operations at Clear Path Employer Services, a Cambridge-based HR consulting firm. He founded the company with his wife, Anna Aceto-Guerin in 2003 and has been working full-time in the company since 2006.

David's role at Clear Path is largely behind-the-scenes. His duties include developing programs to attract new customers, updating our website and social media platforms, designing and maintaining Clear Path's intranet Web Office system, customer billing, creating learning session presentation materials, and strategic planning.

David holds a degree in History and Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University and enjoyed two co-op work-terms at the Department of External Affairs and International Trade in Ottawa as part of his program. In addition, David holds a certificate in Magazine Journalism from Ryerson University and is in the process of completing his Certificate in Risk Management from Laurier.

Prior to joining Clear Path full-time, David worked for 11 years at a pharmaceutical/healthcare data company in Mississauga. He held a number of positions at the company, including Marketing Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager and Analyst.

David is active in his community and currently regularly volunteers with Junior Achievement (JA) and serves as Vice Chair on the Fiddlesticks Community Centre's Board of Directors. He previously served as a Big Brother for 9 years and as a coach with Cambridge Minor Soccer.

He is an avid movie buff, has travelled to 5 of the 7 continents so far, and can often be found chauffering his kids to hockey arenas, dance studios or soccer games.
