Cynthia (Cindy) Francis, Certified Disability Management Professional, works as a HR Consultant and Claims Manager at Clear Path Employer Services, a full service HR consulting firm based in Cambridge, Ontario. She joined Clear Path in May 2011.
Cindy provides "on demand" HR and claims management support to employers and has particular expertise in:
WSIB and Short-Term Disability (STD) claims management,
Implementing Return-To-Work plans for injured workers,
Attendance Support/Absence Management,
HR advice in a Union/Non-Union environment,
Health & Safety, and
Employee Training.
Cindy acquired her designation as a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) at Mohawk/McMaster University. She also holds a Human Resources certificate from Conestoga College and a diploma in Business Administration from Ontario Business College.
Prior to joining Clear Path, Cindy worked for over 8 years in the HR department of a nearby school board as Health, Disability and Wellness Coordinator.
Cindy's extensive experience and knowledge of HR legislation and Health & Safety practices makes her an invaluable asset to Clear Path's customers.
